Founder and Director of Football, Dale Gordon, is just one of a handful of Dubai based ex-Premier League Footballers who is actively coaching children and young adults in the region.
Dale started his professional football career at just 17 years old, and went on to play at the highest level premier league clubs including West Ham United, Norwich City FC and Glasgow Rangers.
He then spent time at ACF Bournemouth as 1st Team Coach before setting up his own Football Academy in the UK.
With the support of his talented team, DGPro have grown into a strong and dynamic academy that offers a wide range of opportunities to include many wins and successes within some of the UAE’s most prestigious leagues and tournaments.

Kim is a co-founder and the administrator of DGPRO Football Academy. With a background in business administration and event organising, Kim brings a unique set of skills that has been instrumental in building a strong and consistent foundation for DGPRO. Overseeing all administrative functions and interactivity with parents and suppliers her attention to detail and professionalism ensures the smooth operation of the organization.
Her expertise in administration and extensive experience in organizing large scale sporting events, corporate and private functions is invaluable in creating engaging, impactful experiences and opportunities for our players, clients and the wider community.
Kim is committed to providing exceptional support, ensuring that all aspects of the business run effectively and efficiently allowing the coaching staff to keep their focus entirely on the player’s development.

Remy Gordon is an accomplished coach and former UK professional youth player who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Technical Manager at DGPRO. As the son of our founder, Dale Gordon, Remy has been immersed in football his entire life and has inherited his father’s passion for the sport.
Remy began his football career at a young age and played for various clubs, including Norwich City FC. Slowly transitioning into coaching and formal training as a UAFA coach when he stepped down from semi-pro. Remy knows what it takes to succeed and has worked with top-level academies and schools in the UK and UAE developing skills and honing his coaching philosophy.
As a senior coach, Remy is dedicated to developing the next generation of football talent. He is passionate about creating the right environment that fosters learning and growth helping players reach their full potential on and off the field.
